Sept 4th: Catch a tennis ball 30 times in a cone between your arms.

Sept 9th: 10 bumps in a row to yourself (without a wall), 10 sets in a row to yourself (without a wall) and 10 overhand serves (focus on form, a good toss in front of your serving arm, rotate your shoulders and hips).

Sept 11th: Serve 30 times against a wall

Sept 16th: Set 30 times to yourself
Sept 18th:
Pass 30 times to yourself- calling "MINE" as loud as you can.

Extra credit:
Spend 10 min 3x per week, how many exercises can you do?

- 10 pushups or burpees

- 15 passes or sets to yourself

- 20 serve tosses or block jumps

- 25 sit-ups

- 30 second wall sit

- 35 squats or step jumps
